Contact us as soon as possible at support@gokufoot.com. If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Once shipped, you'll need to follow our returns procedure.

What if an item doesn't match the description?

We strive to describe every item accurately. If you believe an item doesn't match its description, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a return with a full refund.

Do prices include taxes?

Displayed prices include VAT for EU customers. Any customs duties for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.
