We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window on all orders.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if:

• They are returned in the same condition as received
• The item has not been washed or altered
• Original packaging (if applicable) is included

Please note: due to the vintage and 1-of-1 nature of our items, we describe condition carefully in each listing. Returns due to condition are only accepted if the item was significantly misrepresented.

How to Return

1. Log in to your account and navigate to your order
2. Click "Request Return" and provide a reason
3. We'll review your request within 2 business days
4. If approved, you'll receive return instructions via email
5. Ship the item back using a tracked service

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or misrepresented.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a tracked service.
